Service descriptions on the Site are for general informational purposes; specific scope, pricing, and timelines are confirmed in writing prior to engagement.
Your Responsibilities. You agree to provide accurate information when requested, to keep account credentials secure, and to comply with applicable laws when using the Site.
Use Restrictions. Prohibited activities include unlawful use, disruption of services, unauthorized access, automated scraping, malware transmission, and impersonation.
Intellectual Property. All content on https://restingwyndsllc.com, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Resting Wynds LLC or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.
Fees. Quoted prices appear in your written service agreement. Payment timing and refund policies are governed by that agreement.

Cap on Damages. Liability of Resting Wynds LLC arising under these Terms is limited, in total, to the fees paid by you in the prior 12-month period.

Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of TX, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in TX.
Updates. Resting Wynds LLC reserves the right to update these Terms. The current version is always available on this Site, and continued use signifies acceptance.
